Booking & Payment
Q: How do I reserve a bouce house?
A: You can book directly through our website or by calling us. A $100 deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

Q: When is the final payment due?
A: The final payment will be automatically collected two days prior to the event using your original payment method.

A: We accept cash, Visa, Master cards and digital payments like Venmo or Cash App.
Cancellation & Refunds
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancel 48+ hours before the rental: Full refund of deposit.
Cancel within 48 hours: Choose a refund minus deposit or full credit toward future rental.
Q: What if I need to cancel due to weather?
A: If severe weather is forecasted, you may cancel up to 2 hours before setup for a free reschedule. Safety is our top priority.
Q: What happens if I don't show up or the site is inaccessible?
A: A no-show or blocked setup area will result in full rental charge with no refund.
Weather & Safety
Q: Can inflatables be used in rain or wind?
A: Light rain is okay, but we cannot operate in heavy rain, winds over 15–20 mph, or lightning. Inflatables must be deflated for safety.
Q: Do you cancel for bad weather?
A: Yes, we reserve the right to cancel for unsafe weather. In that case, you will receive a full credit or reschedule at no extra charge.
Setup & Delivery
Q: Do you deliver and set up the inflatables?
A: Yes, delivery, setup, and takedown are included in your rental. Our team will handle everything safely and on time.
Q: How long does setup take?
A: Setup usually takes 30–60 minutes depending on the unit and site.
Q: What do I need to provide?
A: A clear, flat area (free of rocks, sticks, or pet waste), a dedicated electrical outlet within 100 feet, and adult supervision
during use.
Power, Water & Space
Q: What are the power requirements?
A: A standard 110V outlet is sufficient. We’ll bring all necessary extension cords. Generator rental is available if needed.
Q: Can the inflatable be set up on concrete or turf?
A: Yes, but please let us know in advance. We use special anchoring for non-grass surfaces.
Q: How much space is needed?
A: Most units require a 20x20 ft space, but sizes vary. Combo units or slides may need up to 30x40 ft.
Usage & Rules
Q: Is adult supervision required?
A: Yes, adult supervision is required at all times.
Q: Are there age or weight limits?
A: Most inflatables are designed for children ages 3–12, with a maximum weight per person of 150–200 lbs. No flips or rough play allowed.
Q: What happens if the inflatable gets damaged?
A: Normal wear and tear is covered. However, you may be responsible for damages from misuse, sharp objects, or improper supervision.
